| Monthly Membership Dues | $450 | Paid every month. Covers ordinary shared aircraft expenses (lease, insurance, hangar and routine maintenance) as defined in the membership agreement. |
| Aircraft Hourly Rate (wet) | $135 /flight hr | Charged separately for each flight hour flown. Wet rate: fuel is included through receipt-based reimbursement or credit. |
| Initial Membership Payment | $1,650 | Registration fee + deposit + first month's dues. Collected only after the membership agreement is signed. |
| Membership Capacity | 8 | Maximum eight members, each with one priority week per eight-week rotation. |
Fuel Wet rate
The hourly rate includes fuel. Members buy fuel as needed. Eligible fuel purchases are reimbursed or credited at actual cost against a receipt, under the club's approved fuel policy. Each receipt can be credited once and must match a logged flight, which prevents double charging or double reimbursement.
Billing basis To be confirmed
The $135 rate is wet. Whether flight time is measured by tachometer or Hobbs will be set in the final membership agreement.
Estimate your monthly cost
Most club members fly 3–8 hours a month.
Rate basis: wet. Fuel you buy is reimbursed or credited, so it doesn't add to your monthly cost.
Your estimate
Estimates only. They exclude optional instruction, landing, ramp and parking fees, and personal renter's insurance. Final charges are set by the signed membership agreement.
