Your week, every eight weeks.
A fair, predictable rotation designed for eight members, independent of how long each month is.
Founding membership: applications of interest. The club is completing its operating structure, insurance and membership agreement. Rates and terms on this site are proposed and may change before they are final. No payments are collected until every agreement is approved and signed.
How priority weeks work
The calendar runs as a continuous series of seven-day priority weeks, Saturday 00:00 through Friday 23:59, starting Saturday, January 2, 2027, and assigned in order to Members 1–8. After Member 8's week the cycle starts again with Member 1.
A full cycle is 56 days, about two months. Because the rotation counts weeks rather than calendar months, months with 29, 30 or 31 days never cause a gap or overlap. And because 56 days doesn't line up with the calendar, each member's priority weeks shift across different dates, holidays and seasons from cycle to cycle and year to year.
That gives each member 6 or 7 priority weeks per year (52 weeks ÷ 8 = 6.5) and exactly 13 priority weeks over any two-year period.

Scheduling rules
Draft policy for member review. The final version will be adopted with the membership agreement.
1 · Priority reservations
During your priority week you have first right to the aircraft. Book your planned days at least 7 days before your week begins. Days you haven't booked by then become open time, though you keep priority over any open-time request until 72 hours before the requested slot.
2 · Cross-block reservations
You may request the aircraft during another member's priority week. The priority member keeps priority unless they release the requested period. They should approve or decline within 24 hours, and a request is never approved automatically while they still hold priority.
3 · Open time
Released or unclaimed time is first come, first served. Outside your own priority week you may hold up to 2 active open-time reservations, booked no more than 21 days ahead.
4 · Advance notice
Book at least 24 hours ahead whenever another member's priority is involved. Same-day bookings are fine for open time if the aircraft is free.
5 · Overnight trips
Overnight trips are welcome. Outside your own priority week, a minimum of 1.5 flight hours per calendar day away applies, billed at the hourly rate, so the aircraft isn't sitting idle away from base.
6 · Extended reservations
Trips longer than your priority week, or longer than 4 days of open time, need administrator approval and agreement from any affected priority member.
7 · Aircraft availability
Scheduled inspections and maintenance take precedence over every reservation and are posted as early as possible. The aircraft is grounded for any open airworthiness squawk until it is cleared.
8 · Weather cancellations
Cancelling for weather or pilot judgment is never penalized. A member who loses priority days to weather gets first choice of the next open-time block that is free.
9 · Maintenance cancellations
No charges apply for flights cancelled because of maintenance. Priority days lost to unscheduled maintenance give the affected member first choice of make-up open time.
10 · Return times
Return the aircraft by the end of your reservation. If you'll be late, notify the next member and the administrator as soon as you can. Never push past personal minimums or weather to meet a return time.
11 · Scheduling conflicts
Order of priority: (1) maintenance, (2) the priority-week holder, (3) the earliest confirmed open-time reservation. The administrator resolves disputes, with appeal to the club board.
12 · Cleaning & refueling
Leave the aircraft clean, with trash removed, the cover and plugs installed, and the tach/Hobbs and squawks logged. Refuel per the fuel policy so the next member departs with the agreed fuel level.
Online scheduling: coming with launch
When the club opens, members will get a secure scheduling portal with an individual login, a live aircraft calendar, reservation and cross-block requests, administrator approval, email notifications and reservation history.
Until the portal launches, members coordinate reservations with the club administrator by email or phone.
